Welcome to the PartsOneStore.com. Our mission is to make OEM parts buying easier and faster for our grocery and convenience store customers. Here you can find, buy and track your orders for OEM parts for Hillphoenix, Tyler and Barker branded commercial refrigeration cases as well as Anthony Doors.

When you sign up for an account, you will be able to see and compare prices on parts. (Otherwise, prices are not visible.) In addition, you will be able to save products in two ways:
- Wishlist: Click on the Heart symbol next to any product to save it to your wishlist. Just like on Amazon, it serves as a temporary list so that after you purchase it, the product disappears. Click on the Heart symbol on the upper right side of any page to find your list.
- My List: Click on the List symbol (to the right of the Heart symbol and to the left of the envelope for “Email a friend”) to permanently save numerous products to the lists that you create. For example, you can create lists for parts of the store (e.g. freezers) or parts that you purchase often (e.g. doors). We hope this saves you time so that you don’t have to search for the same products every time you visit.
After you log in, the personalized home page (see above) enables you to review “My Orders,” which makes it easy to review current and previous orders as well as re-order parts from those orders. You can also click on “My Account” to select and see the ADDRESSES that you have saved of numerous store locations to make purchasing and shipping easier. When you click on the PartsOne logo from any page (after you have logged in), you can see My List and the other options (above) on the personalized home page:
Search For and Find OEM Parts
At the top of our website you will see a search bar that reads, "Search by part number or product." There you can search by SKU number or product name. When items are in stock, you can buy them immediately. When items say, “Not in stock,” that means that those products require a two-week lead time (at least) to pre-order, make and customize those products for you.
You can also browse products in each of our brand sections – Hillphoenix Cases, Anthony Doors, Hillphoenix Refrigeration Systems and Barker Specialty Cases – when hovering over BRAND on the navigational bar. Alternatively, you can browse by CATEGORY in any one of our four equipment categories, which include case parts, walk in parts, compressorized systems parts and power system parts.
Serial Number Search and “Exploded View”
Some customers prefer to search by serial number (of the case). There are two ways to do so. On the home page, scroll down and click on, "Find by equipment” and select “display cases” to find Hillphoenix cases by serial number. (The search feature for systems, doors and specialty cases is coming soon.) Then, type in your serial or case model number. Alternatively, on each brand page, below the main navigation, you can find the same functionality to search for specific serial numbers. Note: serial number search is for cases built within the last ten years.
Once you find the serial number of the case that you have in your specific store, you will see what we call an “exploded view.” This is a mechanical drawing of a display case but with all of its parts “blown out” so that you can see where each one goes within the unit. Here’s an example:
You will notice that below each mechanical drawing, you will see a shopping list of all of the parts in that specific unit. See an example below. The items that have a shopping cart on the left-hand side indicate that you can buy those online and add them to your cart. The items that have a checkbox (instead of a shopping cart) are not yet available online BUT when you check the checkbox and click “purchase,” that will lead to an email form that generates a note for our offline customer service team. Once you click “send,” that form will enable you to order via our offline customer service team who will verify the availability and pricing of the selected products. So, either way, you can get the parts you need.
Purchasing OEM Parts on PartsOneStore.com
We now accept credit cards in a secure process, or alternatively, you can pay via a purchase order. (Just upload a PDF of the PO and fill in the PO # field during our check out process.) Taxes are included in our checkout process and freight is precalculated depending on which shipping method you select (Customer Pick Up, 3rd Party, Ground, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air).
Track Your Order: Our Most Popular Feature
Lastly, one of our most popular features on PartsOneStore.com is “Track Your Order,” On the center of our top navigational bar, select “Track Your Order” to search for online or offline orders for the Hillphoenix case division. Alternatively, click on the Anthony Store logo to check on its online order tracking only. When you find your online order, you can click on the re-order button to order parts that you have ordered previously.
In conclusion, we have over 6,000 SKUs of parts available for purchase and are continually adding more products every week. Currently, parts for Hillphoenix Cases are available for purchase. And, in the not-too-distant future, we will offer parts for Anthony Doors and Hillphoenix Refrigeration Systems as well.
